Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of land of an extent of Ac. 1-51 cents in Sy.No.210 of Arikera Village, Alur Mandal, Kurnool District (hereinafter referred to as “subject land”). The petitioner acquired the property through a registered Settlement Deed dated 02.01.2012, vide document No. 6/2012. The petitioner made an F-line application bearing No.FSNV012500741897 dated 22.05.2025 requesting the authorities to survey the subject property. However, the respondents 4 and 5 have not considered the said application. 2. 3 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on oral instructions would submit that the respondents 4 and 5 will pass appropriate orders on the application dated 22.05.2025 made by the petitioner (Ex.P.1). 3. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of learned counsel on either side, directing the respondents 4 and 5 to consider the F-line application bearing No.FSNVOI250074 1897 dated 22.05.2025 made by the petitioner and conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries to the land of an extent of Ac.1-51 cents in Sy.No.210 of Arikera Village, Alur Mandal, Kurnool District by issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the neighbouring land owners strictly per A.P.Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
