No. 25134 of 2024, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court. 3. Specific allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant’s son with an axe on his head, resulting into his death. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the trial is not going on with satisfactory pace, to which the learned counsel for the informant submitted that three witnesses have been examined.
