GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP 2 The Court made the following Order: The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the 2nd respondent in considering her representation dated 05.05.2025 seeking mutation of her name in the municipal records with respect to her property. 2. It is submitted that the petitioner has acquired the property vide registered sale deed dated 26.03.2025. The petitioner had purchased the property house bearing No.1/491 with municipal door No.36/491. 3. On instructions, the learned Standing Counsel for the 2nd respondent submits that the petitioner’s representation was duly considered and that the records did not reveal door No.36/491 as allotted to the vendor of the petitioner. It is submitted that the petitioner could have to rectify the sale deed with respect to the door number. It is also submitted that the petitioner was also informed about the requirement of rectification of the sale deed and that on presentation of the fresh application seeking mutation of the petitioner’s name in the municipal records the same would be considered after getting the sale deed rectified along with the necessary documents for effecting the mutation. 4. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to submit a fresh application after getting the sale deed rectified with respect to the door number. 5. With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 3 6.
