This is an application filed under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for granting pre-arrest bail to the accused-applicant in connection with Bihpuria P.S. Case No. 25/2025, registered under Sections 120(B)/420/406/506/34 of the IPC, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 134/2025. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that in the instant case, a Charge-sheet has already been filed as Charge-sheet No. 110/2025 dated 26.06.2025. In view of the filing of the aforesaid Charge-sheet, the learned counsel for the accused-applicant submits that the accused-applicant should be given liberty to approach the Trial Court for suitable relief. In view of the aforesaid, the instant application is closed and liberty is granted to the accused-applicant to appear before the Trial Court, on receipt of the notice. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
