Case No. 52 of 2020, for the offences under Sections 302/34/120B of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the CLA Act, pending in the court of Sri P.K. Verma, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1 st class, Ranchi. On 02.03.2020 at about 04:00 pm, the father of the informant namely Prem Sagar Munda was shot dead by unknown persons. During the course of investigation, both these petitioners were apprehended and they confessed their guilt. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered on the basis of their confession. It appears that similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this court earlier and the case of the petitioner stands on similar footing. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri P.
