Jitendra @ Jeetu) arising out of Case Crime No. 530 of 2024, under Sections 75(1)(iv), 75(3), 76, 78(1), 115(2), 351(2), 352 of B.N.S. (under Sections 354-A, 354, 354-B, 354-D, 323, 504, 506 of I.P.C.) Police Station-Kotwali, District- Mathura, as well as charge-sheet dated 27.10.2024 pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 1, Mathura. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a xerox thereof.
