Taking into consideration, the averments made in the writ petition, and since the respondent-No.2 has already allowed the petition filed by the petitioner-herein under Section 136(3) of the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, the respondent No.3 is directed to consider the representation dated 04.08.2023 at Annexure-J, at the earliest within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
