ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in high handedly taking the petitioner to the Atmakur Rural Police Station on 12.07.2025 and threatening him to settle civil disputes and further orally abusing him as arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and consequently direct the respondent No.2 to not interfere in civil disputes of the petitioner and call him to the police station in the interest of justice.”
2. Heard Sri P.M.Mithileshwara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the Police are threatening the petitioner to settle the civil disputes and further orally abusing him.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home upon written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering nor threatening the petitioner to settle the disputes.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of.
6. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
