The petitioner is aggrieved by the land survey report given by the 2 nd respondent and hence, has filed an appeal before the 1 st respondent. The notice was also issued by the 1 st respondent calling for an enquiry. Thereafter, there was no progress. It is under these circumstances, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
