1. The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the 5th respondent in not receiving the documents presented by the petitioners for registration of in respect of their house plots in Sy.No.20, 21/1A and 21/1B2 of Papayapalli Village, Bestavaripeta Mandal, Prakasam District, and also questioning the action of the respondents in trying to interfere with their possession and enjoyment over the subject property. 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue placed the written instructions dated 17.03.2025, furnished by the Tahsildar, Bestavaripeta Mandal. 3. On perusal of the said instructions, it is clear that proposals were sent for deletion of lands in Sy.Nos.20, 21/1A and 21-1B2 from the list of prohibited lands issued under Section 22-A (i) (A) of Registration Act, 1908 to the District Collector. Upon scrutiny, the district level scrutiny committee deleted the lands in Sy.Nos.21/1A of the said village by virtue of the proceedings in D.Dis.No.L2(M)199/2023, dated 23.03.2023 issued by the District

In so far as Sy.No.20 & 21/1B2 are concerned, the proposals for deletion were written with certain omissions by the 2nd respondent through letters No.E.No.L7/382635/2025, dated 24.02.2025 and L7/382712/2025, dated 24.02.2025 respectively. The 3rd respondent further states that fresh proposals will be sent to the 2nd respondent after duly rectifying the omissions. 4. The said instructions dated 17.03.2025 furnished by the 3rd respondent is placed on record. 5. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondent No.3-Tahsildar, Bestavaripeta Mandal, to expedite the process of sending proposals for deletion of the lands situated in Sy.Nos.20 & 21/1B2 of Papayapalli Village, Bestavaripeta Mandal, Prakasam District to the 2nd respondent, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Upon receiving such proposals, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 6. As the lands in Sy.Nos.21/1A of Papayapalli Village is already deleted from the prohibited list, the 5th respondent is
