Such statement has first been made by Sri Ashish Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the applicant. Sri Manu Srivastava, learned counsel for opposite party accepts that statement as correct. He has also referred to settlement/agreement dated 01.07.2025, annexed to the supplementary-counter affidavit filed by the non-applicant. 4.
