learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No.207 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 319(2), 318(2), 336(3), 341/ 3(5) of BNS, 2023, pending in the Court of learned SDJM, Giridih.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case and false allegations are made of allowing another person to run in place of petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has appeared for the post of Chaukidar pursuant to advertisement No.01 of 2023 and only on suspicion, the case has been registered against the petitioner. He then submits that the petitioner duly appeared in all the test and examination and the petitioner has qualified in the written examination and other tests thereafter he has been called for test of run. He then submits that other co-accused person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5546 of 2025. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as disclosed in para 10

of the petition.

Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of impersonating another person to run on his behalf.

Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that only on suspicion, it has been alleged that the petitioner has impersonated another person to run in place of the petitioner, another person has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.5546 of 2025 and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Giridih, in connection with Giridih (M) P.S. Case No.207 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
