We have heard I. H. Saikia, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr. M. R. Adhikari, learned Advocate for the respondents/Union of India. After going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 57 days in preferring the connected appeal. Accordingly, we are inclined to condone the delay. The Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
