JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH ORDER Date : 19.11.2025 Mr. Bubul Baishya, Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle has appeared before this Court pursuant to the order passed on 17.11.2025. 2. The Circle Officer further informed this Court that no fresh application has been filed by the petitioner seeking permission pursuant to the joint permission granted earlier. 3. This Court also enquired with Mr. H. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, as to whether, any acknowledgement number was issued pursuant to the filing of the application. 4. Mr. H. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is not in possession of any such acknowledgement number. 5. Under such circumstances, it is the opinion of this Court that the case so projected by the petitioner has no merit, for which, Page No.# 3/3 the instant writ petition stands dismissed. 6. Be that as it may, the dismissal of the instant writ petition shall not debar the petitioner to file a fresh application. 7. The presence of Mr. Bubul Baishya, Circle Officer, Dispur Revenue Circle is accordingly dispensed with. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
