ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the preliminary enquiry ordered by the 2^"^ Respondent vide R.C.No:1603/HR/Pendlamarri/2 025, dated 18.06.2025, directing the 3^'^ Respondent to conduct enquiry upon a complaint given by one Pullaiah and Isukapalli villagers and also the implementation of NREGS works and to submit a report within 7 days from the date of receipt of the letter with an endorsement dated 30.06.2025 to conduct enquiry as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that he is working as Field Assistant in Isukapalli Gram Panchayat. On certain allegations against him, an enquiry was ordered. He further submits that the enquiry behind the back of the Petitioner cannot be proceeded with as the same is in violative of fair play and justice. Though, other issues were urged in the writ petition, learned
3. counsel for the Petitioner restricts his relief to the furnishing of enquiry report before issuance of show cause notice, in the event such a show cause notice is to be issued against the Petitioner. Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel submits
4. that enquiry report would be issued to the Petitioner in the event, a show
4 cause notice is issued to the Petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel submits that such an action is mandated as per the FAHRP guidelines. In the light of the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel, the grievance of the Petitioner is redressed. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
5. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending shall stand closed.
