Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are calling the petitioner frequently without there being any registration of a crime and involving in the civil dispute. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that a crime has been registered against the petitioner and in Cr.No.255 of 2025, for the offences punishable under Section 316(2), 318(4) BNS and Section 76 CF Act. 4 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
