ORDER: The present writ petition is filed declaring the Final
Order vide Rc.No.02/227(08)/2023-KNG, dated 24.05.2023 passed by RespondentNo.4 by differing the Petitioner’s annual increment for a period of one year with cumulative effect without considering his explanation dated 26.04.2023 as illegal and arbitrary. The case of the Petitioner is that the Petitioner was appointed as a Mechanic in the Respondent’s Corporation in the year 1991 on temporary basis and thereafter he was regularized on 01.08.1992. While so, Respondent No.4 issued a charge against the Petitioner on 29.03.2023, alleging certain irregularities against the Petitioner. Thereafter, Petitioner submitted his
2. explanation, denying the allegations to the 4‘^ Respondent. Subsequently, the 4^'' Respondent issued proceedings vide Rc.No.02/227(08)/2023-KN G, dated
24.05.2023. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed.
3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the Respondents. The nature of job of Petitioner is of a mechanic and is required to approach the labour Court for redressal of his grievance. There are no special reasons given by the Petitioner to entertain the present writ petition by passing

4 5^^ efficacious alternative remedy. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the Petitioner to approach the concerned labour Court within a period of two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
