Learned counsel for the opposite party has no serious objection to the prayer for restoration. 4. Considering the submissions, time for removal of defects in W.P. (S) No. 6258 of 2023 is extended till 14.02.2025. 5. If the defects are removed within the extended time, the writ petition be listed before appropriate Bench as per roster. 6.
