Narendra Kumar Pandey-Petitioner has approached this Court through this writ petition under Article 226 Constitution of India for issuance of directions to expedite and conclude the proceedings of Case No. T202305200206193, titled Ramendra Pandey and another Vs. Shankar Dayal Pandey, under Section 133 Code of Criminal Procedure pending before the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Salempur, District Deoria. During the course of hearing, it is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner that the complaint was filed in the year 2022 and after filing of reply by the respondent no.3, rejoinder affidavit by complainant was filed on 11.10.2024. Since, the pleadings have been completed only few weeks back and the case is not an old case, therefore, this Court is not inclined to exercise the writ jurisdiction.
