The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with R.C.Case No.06(A)/2022(D), for offence registered under section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(c) and (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and Section 13(2) r/w 13(1)(a) of Prevention of Corruption Act (as amended by the PC (Amendment) Act, 2018) and section 120(B) r/w 409, 420 of IPC, pending in court of learned Special Judge CBI-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner who is a daily wages worker in the Bank of arranging the beneficiaries for the loan through the Branch Manager namely Manoj Kumar. He further submits that Manoj Kumar is Branch Manager of the Branch and the main allegation is against him. He then submits that charge sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner has cooperated in the investigation and during course of the investigation, the petitioner has not been arrested. He further submits that co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5501 of 2025. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent CBI opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner used to arrange the beneficiaries for loan and in conspiracy has swindled away Rs. two lakh sixty ( 2025:JHHC:30409 ) eight thousand. 5. Considering that the petitioner was not arrested during the investigation and now the charge sheet has been submitted and the main allegation is there against Manoj Kumar who happens to be Branch Manager of SBI Barhait Branch and co-accused has been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5501 of 2025, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before learned court within three weeks from today, and in event of his surrender/arrest, petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Special Judge CBI- cum-Additional Sessions Judge-V, Dhanbad, in connection with R.C.Case No.06(A)/2022(D), subject to the conditions as laid down under section 482(2) of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.
