Alam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No. 7 has submitted that he has filed an affidavit-in-opposition on 24.10. 2025, but the same is not on record. The affidavit-in-opposition has also been served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. It was observed in the order dated 13.10.2025, that none had appeared for the petitioner on 26.04.2024 and none had appeared on 13.10.2025 also. 4.
