This is an application for relaxation of condition of bail granted on 24th June, 2024 in CRM (DB) 1473 of 2024. 2. Report dated 11th August, 2025 furnished by Raiganj Women Police Station is taken on record. 3. It is found from the report that the petitioner has complied with the conditions as imposed by this Hon’ble Court in CRM (DB) 1473 of 2024 in its order dated 24th June, 2024. 4. It is informed that victim and other vulnerable witnesses are not yet examined. 5. In view of the above, the conditions imposed vide order dated 24th June, 2024 in CRM (DB) 1473 of 2024 to report to the Page 2 Officer-in-Charge, Raiganj Women Police Station once every fortnight is relaxed. However, the condition not to enter the jurisdiction of the police Station where the victim girl resides will continue until further orders. 6. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2024 is disposed of. 7.
