By way of present application, prayer has been made to release the amount, which has been deposited by   the   non­applicant/petitioner   before   this   Court,   as well as, before the learned trial Court. The   accompanying   Criminal   Revision   was allowed, by this Court, vide order dated 01.09.2025.  As per the report of the Registry, a sum of Rs. 50,000/­ is deposited before this Court and Rs. 50,000/­ before the learned trial Court. In view of the no objection, made by learned counsel,   appearing   for   the   non­applicant,   the application,   under   consideration,   is   allowed   and   the amount, so deposited by the non­applicant, before this Court, as well as, before the learned trial Court,  along with up­to­date interest,  is ordered to be released in favour of applicant­Satish Kumar, by remitting the same to his bank account, particulars of which have been annexed with the application.
