It is seen that the order dated 08.04.2022 is an interim order passed in WP(C)No.2605/2022. During the passage of time, the writ petition being WP(C)No.2605/2022 had already been dismissed for non-prosecution vide the order dated 28.08.2025. 3. Under such circumstances, it is the opinion of this Court that the further proceedings cannot be continued taking into account that the writ petition had already been dismissed. 4.
