A.B.A. No.5983 of 2024 with A.B.A. No.4986 of 2024 Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these anticipatory bail applications with liberty to appear before the trial court within four weeks from the date of this order and submits that the petitioners will pray for regular bail. Permission is accorded. These anticipatory bail applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners that in case they appear before the learned trial court and pray for regular bail, the same shall be considered in accordance with law without being prejudiced by this order.
