Appellant Nos.3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 are present, Respondent Nos.3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13 are present except 8th respondent and they represented that they compromised the matter and both parties are identified by their respective counsels and they produced original Aadhar Cards. Accordingly, the appeal suit is disposed of by recording the terms of compromise. 2. Registry is instructed to attach the terms of the compromise to the decree.
