The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking deletion of Para 8 of the order dated 13.06.2023 passed by this Court in MCRC(A) No. 49 of 2023 (Satyanarayan Thonukunuri Vs. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that respondent No. 1/applicant has suppressed the fact that he has already been blacklisted on 08.02.2023 by the office of the petitioner and if he is allowed to deposit the bank guarantee it may have adverse effect on the decision taken by them. 3. Considering the facts that the bail was granted subject to condition of furnishing of fresh bank guarantee. It is clarified that by furnishing the subsequent bank guarantee it will not wipe out the decision dated 08.02.2023 taken by the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission as it will remain in force unless and until the same is set-aside by competent Court of law or the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission take otherwise decision. 4.
