Heard Mr. M. Biswas, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State respondent and Ms. L. Awomi, learned counsel for the informant.
2. This is a subsequent bail application as an earlier bail application was rejected by this Court vide order dated 24.11.2025 in Bail Appln. No. 3464/2025.
3. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that in the meantime, the case has been charge-sheeted upon completion of investigation vide C.S. No. 61/2025 dated
24.11.2025.
4. The learned counsel for the informant submits that the informant has objection to grant of the bail.
5. However, in view of the completion of investigation, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. M. Biswas, submits that he may be allowed to approach the learned Trial Court for bail.
6. Prayer is allowed.
7. The instant bail application stands disposed of and the petitioner is given the liberty to approach the learned Court below for regular bail, in view of the completion of the investigation.
