1.GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV 2.GP FOR HOME 3.GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following ORDER: Heard Sri Kale Vijaya Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, Sri Ajay, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for 6^^ respondent and Sri B R S Kalyan Reddy,
learned counsel for 7*'^ respondent.
2. The above writ petition has been filed to declare the action of respondents 3 and 4 in surveying the land in Sy.No.94 at Gonabhavi Village,
A > 3 Adoni Mandal, Kurnool District, without issuing any notice to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a notice dated 14.07.2025 was issued to the petitioner fixing the date as 17.07.2025 for surveying the subject land.
3. A copy of the said notice has been passed on to the court. A perusal of the notice would indicate that the Village Surveyor issued notices to the petitioner and other neighbouring landowners to attend the survey scheduled on 17.07.2025 along with relevant documents in respect of the land in Sy.No.94, L.P.M.668, Gonabhavi Village, Adoni Mandal. The grievance of the petitioner that the authorities are surveying without issuing any prior notice is, therefore, misconceived.
4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, no further adjudication is required, and hence the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
5. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
