T V JAGGI REDDY The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for: “.... a Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of Respondents 3 and 4 in calling the Petitioner to execute Deed of Conveyance in favor of Respondent no.5 with respect to Petitioners Agriculture Land in Survey Numbers 865, 866, admeasuring an extent 2 of Ac 2-11 Cents situated in Kristapadu Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the Respondents 3 and 4 to not to call the Petitioner for resolving any civil dispute with respect to Petitioners Agriculture Land in Survey Numbers 865, 866, admeasuring an extent of Ac 2-11 Cents situated in Kristapadu Village, Peddavaduguru Mandal, Anantapur District.” 2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri N.Chandra Sekhar Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that no further orders are required in this matter as the relief sought in this petition has become infructuous. 3. Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, would submit that Court may pass appropriate orders. 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is dismissed as the relief has become infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
