In this writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non-issuance of 11E Sketch to the petitioner by the respondent No.3 in respect of the schedule property mentioned in the writ petition. 3. Heard Sri. S.P. Kulkarni, learned Senior Counsel on behalf of Sri. Vasantha Kumar K.M., appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4. Having taken note of the submission made by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner, I have perused the Endorsement dated 31st December, 2021 - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18618 WP NO.14959 OF 2025 (Annexure-F), wherein the respondent No.1-Assistant Director of Land Records had directed the petitioner to approach the jurisdictional Thasildar for effecting pakka Phodi in respect of the land in question, however, the grievance of the petitioner is only with regard to issuance of 11E sketch. In that view of the matter, if the petitioner makes representation/application to the competent authority, seeking issuance of 11E sketch in respect of the land in question, the respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.
