This petition is filed seeking directions for removal of illegal encroachments from the pasture land bearing khasra No.2461 [2025:RJ-JP:2127] (3 of 3) [CW-539/2025] situated in Village Bichhochh, Tehsil Barnala, District Sawai Madhopur. 2. The grievance raised is that the petitioner has filed an application addressed to the Collector to be decided by Public Land Protection Cell (‘PLPC’) but no action has been taken till date. 3. From the perusal of the petition it is forthcoming that the representation itself is dated 19.12.2024 and not even four weeks have passed. 4. No case is made out for interference in the writ jurisdiction. The writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to pursue the representation before the PLPC and there is no doubt the same would be considered in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible in the facts of the case.
