This is an application seeking modification of the order dated 22.01.2025 passed by this Court granting first (1st) spell of furlough to the Petitioner on the condition that he will furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the jail superintendent. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner seeks modification of the condition set at out at Para 9 (i) of the order dated 22.01.2025 and seeks leave to furnish cash surety of Rs. 10,000/-. 3. The Petitioner was released on furlough twice in 2023 and once in 2024 and as per the Respondent, he duly furnished a surety on each of the said three occasions. This is a digitally signed order. The Petitioner has failed to explain as to why the surety offered on the earlier three occasions, when he was released on furlough, is not availed. 5. Learned ASC states that he will find out from the Jail Authorities as to the details of the surety furnished by the Petitioner during the last furloughs granted to him in 2023 and 2024 as well as the terms and conditions on which the furlough was granted. 6.
