HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21803 WP NO.14703 OF 2025
3. Heard Sri. Ramesh Naik L., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri. Siddharth Baburao, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 4.
Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and on perusal of the representation of the petitioner dated 28th January, 2025 (Annexure-J), the same would indicate that the name of the husband of the petitioner has been removed in the revenue records in respect of the land in question. In that view of the matter, if the petitioner is aggrieved by removal of name of the husband of the petitioner from the revenue records in respect of the land in question, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the same in a manner known to law. Therefore, I am of the view that, no interference be called for in the petition. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE
