The appellant was convicted for offence under Section 6 of POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for 10 years and to pay a fine of Rs.5,000/-, in default to undergo simple imprisonment for 6 months. This Court, by order dated 25.04.2022, suspended the sentence imposed on the appellant and he was released on bail. 3. Pending appeal, the appellant died on 08.05.2025. The learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.
