This is the first bail application filed under Section 483 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail to the applicants who have been arrested in connection with Crime No. 792/2024 registered at Police Station Ratanpur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.), for the offences punishable under Sections 333, 76, 115(2), 64(1), 62(B) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he wants to withdraw the PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI 2 present bail application as initially the offence has been registered under Sections 333, 76, 115(2), 64(1) and 62(B) of the B.N.S and the bail application with respect to the same has been rejected by the trial Court on 24.12.2024, thereafter, ST/SC Act has been subsequently added. 3. Ms. Smriti Shrivastava, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the Non- Applicant/State has no objection. 4.
