The case of the prosecution is that: on 27.8.2024 in between 12.30pm and 2.30pm, on receipt Of credible information regarding illegal possession and transportation of ganja, s.I of police, G.R.P., Visakhapatnam, along With Staff COnduCted search on platform no.5 of Visakhapatnam Railway Station and found three persons and one clcL under suspicious position. On enquiry, they disclosed their identity particulars and police seized 72 kgs of ganja from their possession. police arrested them and got them remanded to judicial custody on 27.8.2024. 4. Heard. Perused the record. 5- Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that major Part Of the investigation is completed. 2 6. A perusal of the materI'al ava"able on record goes to show that on credible information, poll-ce arrested Al and A2 and seized 72kgs of ganja from thel®r posse~~ssI-On. Petitioners were arrested on 27.8.2024 and since then they have been l|n judjcjal remand. The petitioners are in judl'cI'a[ remand for more than 155 days. Learned Assistant public prosecutor submitted that there are no antecedents l'nsofar as these petI-tiOners are concerned and maJ'Or portion of I-nVeStigatjon has been completed. 7. ln view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this court is jncII'ned to grant ba" to the petI'tiOners herein, on the foIIowI-ng conditions.
