This special appeal (writ) has been filed on behalf of the appellant challenging the order dated 02.05.2022 whereby the writ petition filed on behalf of the appellant-petitioner was dismissed by the learned Single Judge. 2. Brief facts of the case are that the Labour Court awarded Rs.2,00,000/- as compensation vide its order dated 12.05.2015 and the learned Single Judge confirmed the order passed by the Labour Court vide its order dated 02.05.2022. 3. Heard. Perused. 4. We are in complete agreement with the order passed by the learned Single Judge as the appellant has worked for a period of nine months and the termination relates to the year 1991.
