Dutta, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State Page No.# 2/2 submits that in the meantime, the investigation has been completed resulting in a charge-sheet vide Charge-Sheet No.262/2025 dated 24.10.2025. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may also agitate his prayer for bail before the learned trial court. 4. Allowing the said prayer, the bail petition is disposed of with the observation that the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the trial court for bail in the context of the completion of completion. 5. Needless to say that the bail shall be considered and disposed of in accordance with the provisions of law and also keeping in mind the completion of investigation. 6.
