Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of an extent of Ac.2.22 cents in Sy.No.431-F1 (Pyki) of Lakshmipuram Village, Kallur Mandal, Kurnool District. The petitioner got the property by way of a settlement deed dated 13.07.2020. Initially, the the petitioner was updated in the record of rights. Later, the settlement deed dated 13.07.2020 name of was revoked by a registered revocation deed dated 04.11.2022 vide document No.16145 of 2022. The petitioner filed suit in
3 O.S.No.103 of 2023 seeking cancellation of revocation deed. The said suit was decreed. No appeal was filed by the defendant therein. The petitioner made application vide application No.MUT241219011034 dated 19.12.2024 (Ex.PI), seeking mutation of his name and to issue pattadar pass book and title deed. However, the 4**^ respondent has not passed any order. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the 4‘^ respondent will consider the application made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
