The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 3^*^ respondent is due to implement the revised pavL^SjCpIe in pursuance of GOMs.No.52 and that in I II2II WP.No.28750of2012 this regard the petitioner also made representation to the 4‘^ respondent seeking extension of the benefit of GOMs.No.52 and to disburse the arrears due payable to the petitioner. It is submitted that the respondents have not responded to the representations of the petitioner and denied the payment of arrears to the petitioner by passing the reasoned order. . V 3. The counter is filed on behalf of respondent Nos.2, 4 and 5. The respondents in their counter submits that the 3'’'^ respondent is competent to take appropriate decision to implement GOMs.No.52. No counter is filed on behalf of the 3"'^ respondent and the learned Government Pleader submits that the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the peti-tioner to make a detailed representation to the 3'^^ respondent and 3'^^ respondent is directed to dispose off the representation dated 28.08.2012 in accordance with law and also to consider the submissions of the official respondents that the General Body of the 3^^ respondent/society is the competent authority to implement the GOMs.No.52. ^ im WP.No.28750 of 2012 4.
