GP FOR COOPERATION (AP) The Court made the following: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: to issue a Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 4th ndent in issuing Proceedings Rc.No.520/ 2018C dated 25.0 unjust, contrary to law and also contrary to Section 115 of the A P Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and the 5825/ Coop.III/2014-7, dated 23.05.2015 issued by the 1 respondent and unconstitutional being vilative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same consequently holding that the IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH [3396]
THE HONOURABLE DR JUSTICE VENKATA JYOTHIRMAI PRATAPA ...PETITIONER ...RESPONDENT(S) under Article 226 of the Constitution of o declare the action of the 4th .520/ 2018C dated 25.04.2018 as contrary to law and also contrary to Section 115 , 1964 and the 2015 issued by the 1st respondent and unconstitutional being vilative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and set aside the same consequently holding that the
petitioner is entitled to be continued in service till the age of 60 years, as per the Resolution of the General Body Meeting dated 20.02.2018 and also the Resolution of the Managing Committee dated 01.02.2018 of the 4th respondent and pass such other orders”. 2. None represented for the petitioner. 3. Mr. B. Ramakrishna Naik, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that the relief has become infructuous, since the petitioner has retired on reaching superannuation as the Society complied with the interim order passed by this Court dated 02.05.2018. 4. Learned Government Pleader for Co-operation would further submit that no further orders are required in this matter. 5.
In the light of the submissions referred supra, the Writ Petition is
disposed of, as the petitioner has retired from service on superannuation. There shall be no order as to costs.
6. As a sequel, Interlocutory Applications pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
