It is stated that appellant no.1(b) represents appellant no.1(a) also as he is his brother and that respondent no.2 represents respondent no.1, who is his wife. Thus parties on both sides are duly represented. 3 2. Challenging judgment and decree dated 26.11.2006 passed in R.A. no.59/2005 by Presiding Officer, Fast Track, Court-III, Kolar, by allowing appeal, setting aside judgment and decree dated 25.06.2005 passed by Civil Judge, Senior Division & JMFC, Chintamani, this appeal is filed. 3. Suit was filed by plaintiffs against defendants for relief of declaration and permanent injunction, etc., in respect of suit schedule properties. 4. After prolonged negotiations, matter is settled and a joint memo is filed to that effect, signed by both parties along with their respective counsel and same is taken on record. 4. In terms of Joint memo dated 26.04.2025, Regular Second Appeal is disposed of. 5. Court fee, if any, deposited by parties shall be refunded to concerned parties in accordance with law.
