This Interlocutory Application has been filed by the applicant seeking correction of name of respondent No.4. The name of the respondent No. 4 is Nilawati Hazarika however, by oversight the same was recorded as Lilawati Hazarika in the writ petition being WP(C) No. 3750/2024. The learned counsel for the applicant on the basis of instructions received submits that the correct name of respondent No.4 is Nilawati Hazarika not Lilawati, Hazarika. The prayer made is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents. Accordingly, this interlocutory application stands allowed and disposed of. The petitioner will make necessary correction by filing amended cause title before the Registry within a period of two weeks from today.
