A show cause has been filed during the court proceeding, which is taken on record.
2. This petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceedings against the opposite parties herein for their alleged willful and deliberate violation of order dated 29.03.2023 passed in W.P.(C) No.5072 of 2015.
3. The learned counsel for the opposite parties Mrs. Sweta Shukla, AC to AAG II, has submitted that an amount of Rs.1,54,000/- has been remitted in the account of the petitioners on 22.03.2025. She has submitted that admissible amount for compensation has been paid.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the compensation is on the lower side.

5. However, considering the nature of order passed by this Court, this Court is not inclined to proceed any further in this contempt case. Accordingly, this contempt proceeding is hereby dropped.
6. If the petitioners have any grievance, in connection with compensation, it shall be open to the petitioners to proceed as may be permissible under law.
7. Pending interlocutory application, if any, is dismissed as not pressed.
