Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.09.2023 passed by respondent no. 2 in Revision No.366 of 2021, computerized case no. C202114000000366 (Shankar and other Versus Lalta and others), whereby revision filed by the respondent no. 5 to 7 has been allowed and 16.01.2025, passed by respondent no. 2, in Case No. RST/0366 of 2021, whereby restoration application of the petitioner has been rejected" 3.Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner moved an application for cancellation of patta, which was allowed. Against the said order, the lease holder filed a revision which has also been allowed and the matter was remanded by order dated 20.09.2023. Proceedings for cancellation of patta are pending after the remand. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that a direction be issued to decide the proceedings expeditiously. 4. Sri Chandra Shekhar Agnihotri, learned counsel appearing for the lease holder, has no objection to the same 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to concerned court below to consider and decide the aforementioned case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after hearing all the concerned parties and giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
