ORDER: The Criminal Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNSS’), seeking to enlarge the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 on bail in Cr.No.369 of 2025 of Patamata Police Station, Vijayawada Commissionerate, NTR District, registered against the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2 herein for the offences punishable under Section 143(3), 144(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for brevity ‘the BNS’) and 3(1), 4(1), 5(1 )(a), 7(1 )(a) of the Prevention of Immoral Trafficking Act, 1956 (for brevity ‘the PIT Act’).
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. As seen from the mediator's report dated 09.07.2025 recorded at about 04.00 p.m., there are clear and specific overt acts against the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 that they were allegedly running a brothel house and attracting the customers under the guise of beauty parlour and also massage centre. The innocent and gullible victim girls were trapped, and they lured them to indulge in flesh trade by offering huge amounts.
3. In view of the specific overt acts against the Petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant prearrest bail to them. Hence, this Criminal

3 Petition is dismissed. However, the learned Counsel for the Petitioners urges this Court to grant liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the jurisdictional Magistrate and file appropriate application before the Court concerned for enlarging them on bail.

In the result, the Criminal Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the learned jurisdictional Magistrate concerned and move an appropriate application before the learned Magistrate for enlarging them on bail. The learned Magistrate shall endeavour to dispose of the application on its own merits in accordance with, law By ‘‘giVibg due and sufficient opportunity of hearing to the learned Public * Prosecutor before the learned Magistrate and pass appropriate orders within a reasonable time, preferably in two (02) days.
