Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section - 528 B.N.S.S. has been preferred against order dated 03.09.2024, passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aligarh in Criminal Misc. Case No. 1666 of 2022 (Smt. Mamtesh and Another Vs. Manoj,), under Section - 125 Cr.P.C., Police Station - Atrauli, District - Aligarh. 3. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant submits that prayer made above is not being pressed and that a direction may be made to the Family Court concerned to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously in accordance with law. 4. In view of aforesaid, the Family Court concerned is directed to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case, which are pending since the year 2022, and to decide the same as early as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of production of copy of this order before the court concerned, provided there is no legal impediment. 5.
