4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that earlier petitioners have moved before this Court in A.B.A. No. 2475 of 2025 which was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 23.04.2025 and the present anticipatory bail application has been filed in view of the fact that two of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No.4415 of 2025 vide order dated 14.08.2025 and further three of co-accused persons whose A.B.A. No. 2475 of 2025 has also been dismissed as withdrawn, have already been granted anticipatory bail in A.B.A. No. 5292 of 2025. He then submits that one Pappu Yadav was assaulted by the police for that protest was being made and F.I.R. is against 70-80 unknown persons and 21 named accused persons.
