Das, learned Standing Counsel, Secondary Education Department, by placing the communication dated 09.10.2025 from the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Department of School Education, submits that as regards the petitioner’s claim in the present writ petition, the petitioner was heard and asked to furnish certain documents relating to her father to enable the Department to proceed further, which the petitioner have agreed to. However, the petitioner is yet to furnish the relevant documents as required and as agreed to by the petitioner. Considering above, it appears that the petitioner is no longer interested to pursue this writ petition. Accordingly, writ petition stands dismissed for non- Page No.# 3/3 prosecution.
